Door-to-door service: door-to-door on-site service + telephone counseling. Response will be made within 2 hours following user's feedback. In case of emergency, our engineering service staff will arrive at any site in Guangdong Province within 24 hours, or outside Guangdong within 48 hours. After-sales service is provided throughout the service life of products. We warrant that, our engineering service staff will obey various rules and regulations on the site, and provide customer with training on operations and maintenance, as well as all technical data as required by contract.We will keep contact with customers, compile quality tracking information for products, and conduct regular product tracking and pay return visits to ensure long-term safe and reliable operation of the products.
